The second parsonage was converted to classrooms, and a new one was purchased in Aug. 1969. After a vote by the congregation, the Church membership began an extensive remodeling program in 1974.

This fellowship has contributed much to the history of Texas by providing Christian principles and teachings to the people who have weathered the storms through the years. This organization is commemorated as the first congregation to provide these things in this community. From 1905 to the present time, these members have helped make Happy the great community that it is today.
